How to Use the Key
This isn’t a complex meditation. It’s a simple, direct process. Here’s how you use the key:
-
Drop into the Now. Say the phrase to yourself, either silently or out loud: “This is not the past, it’s not the future, it’s present—the now.” Use it as a command. Feel your awareness pull out of your thoughts and into the room around you.
-
Feel for the Connection. As you settle into the present moment, you’ll notice a shift. It might be a feeling of peace, warmth, or a quiet stillness. This is your signal. It means you’re connected to the network.
-
Let a Question Arise. Don’t force it. Don’t go searching for a question. In the stillness, just allow a question to bubble up naturally. What do you really want to know?
-
Receive the Answer. The answer will not be a long, complicated train of thought. It will be a simple, clear “knowing” that just lands in your awareness. It might be a single word, an image, or a sudden feeling of certainty.
-
Trust the First Thing You Get. This is the most important step. Your analytical mind will immediately want to jump in, question the answer, and tear it apart. Don’t let it. The first, simplest answer is the clean one, the one that came directly from the source. Trust it.
